1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the platform r4bet, available at r4bet.best, and all services offered through it, including Sports Betting, online casino, Live Casino, crash games, and any other product or feature made available now or in the future.

By creating an account on r4bet, access the platform, or use any of its services, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their most current version, as well as our Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each promotion.

A r4bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance by email or via a notification on the platform. Continued use of the services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the platform r4bet, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age of age as of the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not be on a self-exclusion list from any betting platform;
• Have full legal capacity under Brazilian law;
• Not be an employee, immediate family member of an employee, or partner of r4bet.

A r4bet performs age and identity verification during the registration process. If there is any doubt about the accuracy of the information provided, the platform may request additional documents at any time, including a photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

2.2 One Account per User

Each individual may hold only one active account at r4bet. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be immediately blocked and any bonus balance retained. The real balance will be returned following review and identity verification.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your personal data current on the platform. Providing false information or using third-party documents constitutes fraud and is subject to immediate account closure, balance retention, and reporting to the relevant authorities as required by Brazilian law.

3 Account Use and Security

3.1 Credential Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login, password, and any other account access credentials on r4bet. All activity carried out through your account is your sole responsibility, including bets placed by third parties who access your account with or without your permission.

A r4bet never requests your password through any communication channel — not via chat, email, phone, or message. Any request for your password should be reported to our support team immediately as a phishing attempt.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact r4bet via live chat for preventive blocking. The platform is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account where the user has failed to take adequate steps to protect their credentials.

3.3 Personal Use

Your r4bet account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Transferring, selling, assigning, or sharing your account with any third party is prohibited. Using your account for commercial purposes – including reselling bets or providing betting services to other users through your account – is strictly forbidden.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Methods

A r4bet accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users:

• Pix – instant transfer via Pix key (CPF, email, phone number, or random key), available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Bank slip (Boleto) – processing time of up to 2 business days;
• Credit or debit card – accepted card brands subject to availability at the time of deposit;
• PicPay – via digital wallet;
• Mercado Pago – via digital wallet;
• TED Transfer – supported by Brazil's leading banks, including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. r4bet does not charge any deposit fees, though fees from the user's financial institution may apply depending on the chosen method.

4.2 Payment Method Ownership

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in the name of the account holder at r4bet. The use of third-party cards, bank accounts, or digital wallets is prohibited. If a discrepancy is identified between the payment method holder and the account holder, the account may be immediately suspended and a verification process initiated.

4.3 Processing & Credit

Pix deposits are credited instantly upon transfer confirmation by the banking system. Credit card deposits are credited within up to 5 minutes. Bank slip (boleto bancário) deposits are credited after processing, within up to 2 business days. r4bet is not responsible for delays caused by instability in financial institutions' systems or the Central Bank.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Request

Withdrawals on r4bet are processed preferably via Pix. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. No withdrawal fee is charged for Pix transfers. For withdrawals via other methods, fees may apply as indicated at the time of the request.

5.2 Processing Timeframe

After a withdrawal request is submitted, internal processing by r4bet is processed within up to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts (completed KYC). For a new account's first withdrawal, the timeframe may be extended to up to 24 hours while verification is completed. Once processed by r4bet, the Pix is received within seconds. The platform is available for withdrawals 24 hours a day, including weekends and national holidays.

5.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To release withdrawals, especially for amounts above R$ 500.00, a r4bet may request identity verification documentation (KYC – Know Your Customer), which includes: a photo ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport), a selfie holding the document, and a recent proof of address (issued within the last 90 days). This process exists to meet legal anti-money laundering obligations and to protect users themselves.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the winnings generated from using the bonus balance after the rollover requirement is met become real balance and eligible for withdrawal. A r4bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and conduct an investigation in the following cases: suspected fraud, use of multiple accounts, irregular betting activity, or a chargeback on a previous deposit.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Program

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus at r4bet offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, capped at R$ 500.00. For the bonus balance to be converted into real funds eligible for withdrawal, a rollover (wagering requirement) of 5x (five times) the bonus amount received must be completed within 30 calendar days from the activation date. The rollover must be met with bets carrying minimum odds of 1.50 per selection.

Example: if you deposit R$ 100.00 and receive a R$ 100.00 bonus, you'll need to place a total of R$ 500.00 (5 × R$ 100.00) in bets with minimum odds of 1.50 to unlock the balance for withdrawal.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may participate in each promotion only once, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion rules;
• Bonus balance is always used after real balance for betting purposes;
• Voided bets, fully cashed-out bets, bets placed on both sides of the same market (surebetting), and bets with odds errors do not count toward the rollover;
• In Live Casino and crash games, every R$ 1.00 wagered counts as R$ 0.50 toward the bonus rollover;
• R4bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, notifying affected users with as much advance notice as possible.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

A r4bet monitors bonus usage and may refuse, cancel, or revoke bonuses upon identifying abusive behavior, including: creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once, systematically betting on all outcomes of the same event to guarantee profit regardless of the result (arbitrage), or any other practice that, in the platform's assessment, constitutes misuse of promotions.

7 General Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid and confirmed when the r4bet issues a confirmation receipt with a reference number. Bets not confirmed due to connection failure or system instability are not valid. Users are responsible for verifying that their bet was correctly registered before the event begins.

7.2 Odds Errors

A r4bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from technical errors, human error, or incorrect data feeds. Bets placed with full knowledge that the displayed odds were incorrect may also be voided. In the event of a void, the staked amount is returned to the user's balance.

7.3 Suspended or Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, or is not completed within the timeframe established by the rules of the relevant sport, all bets will be voided and stakes returned to your balance. For matches suspended after kick-off, r4bet waits up to 48 hours for play to resume before making a decision on affected bets. Markets that were already settled before the suspension may be graded using the recorded result.

7.4 Cash Out

The Cash Out feature allows users to settle a bet before the final result, receiving a value calculated in real time by r4bet. The Cash Out amount may be lower or higher than the original stake, depending on how the event unfolds. r4bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend Cash Out during periods of high volatility. Partial Cash Out lets you settle part of your bet while keeping the remainder open.

7.5 Live Betting

In live betting, odds are updated continuously and may be briefly suspended during events that significantly impact the outcome, such as goals, red cards, and substitutions. The r4bet does not accept complaints for bets not placed during technical pauses in live markets, as such pauses are a normal part of the platform's operation.

8 Casino, Slots & Games

8.1 Certification and Randomness

All casino games available on the r4bet use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) independently tested by internationally recognized laboratories. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is displayed on its title page and reflects the theoretical return percentage over a large volume of rounds. Individual results are random and cannot be predicted or influenced.

8.2 Live Casino

Live casino games use real physical processes — cards shuffled by live dealers, a ball spun on a physical roulette wheel — broadcast via live video stream. The r4bet is not liable for transmission interruptions caused by issues with the user's own connection. If a disconnection occurs during a round, the outcome is determined by what happened at the table, regardless of whether the user was able to watch.

8.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a slots or casino game session that prevents a round from being completed, r4bet will investigate the incident through server logs and make a decision that reflects the outcome that would have been reached under normal system operation. Bets affected by confirmed technical failures will be voided and the amount returned to the account balance.

9 Responsible Gambling

A r4bet is committed to responsible gambling and understands that betting and casino games should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a response to financial or emotional hardship.

The platform provides all users with the following responsible gambling tools:

• Deposit limits – configurable by day, week, or month, with immediate effect when reducing limits and a 24-hour waiting period when increasing them;
• Session betting limit – maximum bet amount within a single session;
• Session time alerts – notifications after set periods of continuous use;
• Full History – access to a full record of all bets, deposits, and withdrawals made on the account;
• Temporary self-exclusion – account suspension for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months;
• Permanent Self-Exclusion – permanent account closure with no possibility of reopening.

R4bet may proactively apply restrictions if it identifies usage patterns that could indicate problem gambling behavior. In such cases, the support team will reach out to the user to offer assistance resources.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

The processing of personal data at r4bet is carried out in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018). Collected data is used exclusively for the purposes of account creation and management, identity verification, financial transaction processing, fraud prevention, and platform-related communications.

R4bet does not sell or share users' personal data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. Data may be shared with payment processing partners strictly to facilitate transactions, and with government authorities when required by law.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following are expressly prohibited on r4bet the following conduct, which may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account and retention of balances if violated:

• Creation of multiple accounts by the same user (CPF, email, device, or IP);
• Use of the platform by individuals under 18 years of age;
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or the verification process;
• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technology that simulates human actions on the platform;
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches, odds errors, or system inconsistencies;
• Systematic arbitrage (betting on all possible outcomes of an event to guarantee profit regardless of the result);
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful activity;
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or undermine the security of the platform or other users;
• Sharing your account with third parties or using a personal account for commercial purposes;
• Any conduct that violates applicable Brazilian law.

12 Account Closure and Suspension

12.1 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account on r4bet at any time through live chat or email support. Open bets will be settled before the account is permanently closed. Any available real balance will be returned via Pix after identity verification and confirmation that there are no outstanding issues on the account.

12.2 Closure or Suspension by r4bet

A r4bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice in cases of: violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, identification of multiple accounts, use of false documents, or any situation that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users. In the event of closure due to a violation, bonus balances will be forfeited and real balances may be withheld during the investigation period.

12.3 Inactivity

Accounts with no login activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be considered inactive. r4bet will notify the user by email before taking any action related to an inactive account. Real balances in inactive accounts remain available for withdrawal after identity verification.

13 Amendments to These Terms and Conditions

A r4bet may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in applicable legislation, platform practices, or services offered. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email address and/or through a visible notification on the platform at least 7 days in advance.

The date of the last update is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after a new version of the Terms and Conditions takes effect constitutes implicit acceptance of the changes made. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the new version's effective date.

14 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute or controversy arising from the interpretation or application of these terms must first be submitted to the dispute resolution team at r4bet through customer support, with a 15-day period for amicable resolution.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, the court of the user's place of residence in Brazil is hereby designated as the sole competent jurisdiction to settle any dispute, with all other jurisdictions expressly waived, however privileged they may be.

R4bet operates in compliance with applicable Brazilian legislation governing the sports betting and online gaming market, including regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance and all other relevant standards currently in force in Brazil.
